Location – HCA UK at UCH, Euston Road, London
Permanent, Full time, 37.5 hours/ week (shifts between 8am and 7pm)
Salary - Up to £23,000 + Benefits (pension, health cover, flexible benefits and excellent career development)
About the Role
We have a brilliant opportunity for a Receptionist at HCA UK at UCH. The role will play a vital role in delivering a high quality service to clients
As a Receptionist, you will be the first port of call for all Patients, Consultants and Visitors. It is essential that we give an excellent impression to all our customers. Therefore we require a professional, motivated and customer focused member of the team.
Duties will include directing patients to the appropriate area, answering all telephone calls promptly and professionally and directing to the appropriate areas as necessary. You will also pre-register all outpatients accurately, both on Meditech and UCH systems prior to their appointment.
Once fully trained, you will have the opportunity to assist Patient Administration staff with Billing functions.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous Receptionist experience is essential within a 5* establishment
- Previous Receptionist experience within healthcare is desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate
