Job description

Main duties:

· Creating and managing reservations in reservation system and booking portals

· Check-in/Check-out Guests

· Receiving payments for accommodation and extras (cash and credit cards)

· Handling with e-mails, phone calls

· Guest`s requests

· Dealing with internal and external documents

· Assist Guests with bus, fly, train tickets and so on.

· Cooperation with all departments

· Follow up the tasks from the Manager

· Keeping safety and cleanliness around the Hostel

· Sell items at reception and bar

Requirements:

· Good writing & speaking skills in English and German (B2)

· Organizational skills

· Multitasking, attentiveness, and ability to concentrate

· A polite, hard-working, responsible, positive, friendly and proactive person

· Experiences in hospitality advantage

· Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office

· The receptionist is requested to follow the internal rules and the standards set up by the company and the hotel management.

Daily 8-hour shifts - 5 shifts (morning 07:30 - 15:30, afternoon 15:30 - 23:30, night 23:30 - 07:30)

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
