Job description

Small, but established, downtown Greensburg law firm is seeking a dedicated Receptionist. The Receptionist’s duties include, but are not limited to:

• Answering a multiline phone system, accurately directing calls, and taking clear messages as needed.
• Greeting clients in a friendly manner and advising appropriate personnel that clients have arrived.
• Sorting incoming mail, and ensuring outgoing mail is stamped and picked up.
• Maintaining the lobby, conference rooms and supply closet.
• Courthouse “runs” which will include legal filings.

The Receptionist may be asked to perform file organization, dictation, or provide additional attorney or paralegal support as needed.

The appropriate candidate will have experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, multi-line phone systems, fax machines and copiers, and have a well rounded ability to interact with different types of personalities.

The hours for this position are Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. with a ½ hour lunch.
