HomeWorks Energy is looking for a Recruiter who enjoys working in a high energy, fast-paced environment and is looking to learn! You will be recruiting for variety of roles, including, but not limited to, sales, operations, software, and marketing roles. The scope of work includes managing full cycle recruiting - seeing our candidates from application to job offer and onboarding and working on high-volume recruiting roles. Responsibilities

  • Ability to identify multiple sources for identifying potential candidates
  • Demonstrate success engaging candidates at all levels by way of open web, cold calling, social media, etc.
  • Exhibit a real passion for recruiting and sourcing with the ability to sell and drive for results
  • Conduct phone screens with applicants and qualifies them for open positions
  • Keep detailed notes and maintain our talent applicant tracking system
  • Schedule applicants with interviews and following up with hiring managers to move applicants to the next step in the process
  • Tracking and maintaining all the notes from completed interviews
  • Make job offers to applicants and completes all required paperwork
  • Work with department heads to determine hiring needs

Requirements

  • College degree Required
  • Excellent communication skills including active listening
  • 2-5 years of hands-on full cycle recruitment and/or sourcing experience
  • Blend of agency and corporate experience preferred
  • Desire to work in a fast paced environment
  • Experience recruiting various levels of positions including entry level sales and operations roles to advanced software developer roles
  • Previous experience in high-volume telephone sales or other related field
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
  • Deadline and detail oriented
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software
  • Knowledge of, or ability to learn, product, service or area of customer service specialization

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $70,000.00 per year
