What you’ll do: as our Recruiter Lead, help build the Rubicon brand by finding, recruiting, hiring, and retaining talented candidates that will adopt and live our mission. Resulting in showing our customers that through our actions – and not just words – that Rubicon delivers desired results.

Requirements

  • Must be available 40+ hours per week depending on the demands of the job
  • 3 years’ experience with recruiting, training, and new employee onboarding preferred
  • Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
  • Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork
  • Skills in database management and record keeping
  • Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work
  • Fluent in Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Work with department managers on full cycle recruiting plans as well as meetings
  • Creation of job description listings
  • Effectively fill and maintain optimal personnel in open positions
  • Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
  • Proactively develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
  • Build networks to find qualified passive candidates
  • Post openings in online venues, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues.
  • Communicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport, gauge morale, and source new candidate leads
  • Maintain regular contact with possible future candidates
  • Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
  • Conduct pre-screening interviews
  • Assist in preparing and sending new employee orientation packages
  • Improve & adjust the leadership training and new employee onboarding programs on a weekly-monthly basis
  • Improve or create programs: Employee of the month, new employee recognition, new leader recognition
  • Train employees on best practices and work alongside to gain better insight on how training programs can assist in the success of employees in conjunction with the company.
  • Collaborate with the HR, Operations, & Account Management departments in improving field training & new employee transition
  • Manage a team of 3-5 recruiters

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
