As a technology leader in healthcare process automation and interoperability, Smart Data Solutions (SDS) is a strategic partner that utilizes data and intelligent automation to digitally transform operations and deliver outcomes for clients which reduces costs, streamlines workflows, and improves overall customer experience. Looking to the future, Smart Data Solutions has ambitious growth plans for the next few years and is currently seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team!

This is a contract position with the potential for permanent hire. Contract length is 6 month.

What you’ll be doing?

Principal Responsibilities

• This is a critical support role, working closely with the HR team, hiring managers, and business leaders to hire top talent for the organization.
• Provide a positive and professional candidate experience by responding to candidate inquiries, providing timely feedback, and ensuring that all communications are clear and accurate.
• Supporting the recruiting efforts of full-cycle recruitment including, but not limited to posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling, offering, background check, and pre-onboarding
• Ensure candidate record management, dispositions, and correspondence is up-to-date and accurate
• Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and other recruitment activities as needed
• Provide data and analytics on recruitment activity and assist in creating reports and metrics to monitor recruitment performance
• Assist HR team with special projects and assist with sourcing candidates during peak periods

What we’re looking for?

Required skills:

• 1+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a recruiting coordinator or administrative role
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and confidential records
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
• Proficient in recruitment management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and social media platforms
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude

Location:

Smart Data Solutions is located in Eagan, MN. Smart Data Solutions also has an office in Farmington Hills, Michigan. Candidate must be located near one of the two office locations and comfortable commuting to the office location where they are located.
