Job Description:
A Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for facilitating a world class recruiting experience at client.
This role partners with Recruiters, Recruiting Managers, and hiring managers to support multiple lines of business and ensure all details of the hiring and selection process are flawlessly executed.
This role frequently serves as the first point of contact for candidates, assessing their needs and addressing any questions.
Additionally, the role also participates in process design and improvement sessions, representing the "voice of the customer" (candidates and hiring managers) to continually improve the experiences individuals have with our processes and systems.
Must be able to use Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, OneNote, Word, etc.)
Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a HR/Talent Acquisition Function
Experience using Workday (or similar) ATS a plus, but not required.
Will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating 100+ interviews per week.
Attention to detail, great communicator, and able to navigate ambiguity.
