Regional Director of Operations, Nursing Home Administrator

We are currently recruiting an experienced professional for the position of Regional Director of Operations for 10 of our Long Term Care facilities located in or near Cincinnati, OH. Ideally, this person will reside in Cincinnati, as Cincinnati and Columbus, OH will be the main territory of this Regional Director of Operations position.
The Regional Director of Operations provides leadership to Facility Management and Regional Staff through motivating, directing, and supporting operating plans relating to quality care, employee relations, revenue enhancement, and business results. The Regional Director of Operations has the authority, responsibility, and accountability for the overall operations and financial success of the centers in his/her region.
Requirements:
- Must have a current Nursing Home Administrator’s License in the State of Ohio
- Must have at least 5 years of experience as an LNHA in a Long Term Care nursing facility
- Previous multi-site operations experience in a long term care setting is preferred
- Strong math/budgetary skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong management and operation skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize many tasks effectively
