Regional Operations Manager

Locations: Martinsburg, WV - South Boston, VA - Elizabethtown PA, MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL FREQUENTLY TO ALL LOCATIONS

Salary- 110-145K with 15% bonus

The Role of a Regional Operations Manager

• To Lead plants and plant managers in a direction of maximizing their performance while leading, instilling, and managing initiatives to further the overall performance of those plants.
• To care about our most important asset - PEOPLE
• To mentor the plant managers in needed development areas and assist them in development of their direct reports.
• To share and promote vision
• To foster CI culture and collaboration between plants and leverage on the strength of the group
• To be there for the challenging discussions and to be available to seek and help the discover solutions.
• To be ready to carry part of the load, bring assistance, identify corporate resources on specific challenges, and to help with and assist with eliminating roadblocks
• To lead by example and develop working relationships the same as we would like all levels to do
