Regional Sales Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic Regional Sales Manager to join our growing team here at Domestic Uniform Rental, where we have been providing the industry’s best service to our customers for over 90 years!

Responsibilities:

• Hire, train, and supervise sales team to fuel sales growth and continually reach weekly and quarterly goals.
• Oversee the development of the sales team, including assisting with prospecting, negotiating, and closing new customer accounts.
• Supervise the daily activity of sales team members, conduct weekly performance evaluations, and strategize individual development plans.
• Collaborate and partner with service team to close new accounts and achieve regional growth goals.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2-4 years previous industrial uniform rental industry sales experience
• Valid driver’s license with excellent driving record
• Familiarity with salesforce.com or comparable CRM database
• Strong negotiation, presentation, closing, and time management skills
• Exceptional leadership, team management, and organizational skills

Pay: $875.00 - $950.00 per week
