About

An established, in-home senior care company is seeking an RN with sales experience or sales aptitude to maintain accounts and generate new leads through networking, prospecting, and community involvement. The ideal candidate has worked in business development/sales in the senior care industry, healthcare or pharmaceutical sales with a proven track record, but other RBN candidates will be considered also.

Job Type a Location and Schedule

• This role is office based when not visiting clients
• Office Location: Kernersville, NC
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week

Compensation & Benefits

• $110-125k salary
• Paid Time Off
• Company vehicle for personal use and work

Duties and Responsibilities

• Brings in new business through networking, cold calling and prospecting among Hospitals, Clinics, Rehab Facilities, nursing homes, assisted living, and other retirement or senior care communities
• Maintains accounts by visiting current clients and following up with customers
• Leads presentations and events, representing the company in trade shows, community events and conferences
• Assists with marketing campaigns
• Maintains and manages a CRM system

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of sales/business development experience, ideally in the senior care, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sales industry
• RN
• Must be extremely customer oriented, with a caring attitude and willingness to help others
• Must be comfortable with cold calling, warm calling and networking
• Experience with in-home senior care sales & business development a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Required to be fully vaccinated
• Requires a valid driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
