A healthcare system in New Hampshire is searching for a Registered Nurse for their Emergency Department. In this role, you will care for a range of patients of all ages by performing triage assessments and managing the ongoing care of each individual patient. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care.
• Triage patients from most critical to least critical.
• Gather and interpret data through history taking and physical assessments and plan interventions to meet patients’ needs.
• Document care provided and the patient’s progress toward desired outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about the plan of care and how to manage their care after discharge.
• Administer medications to patients as directed.

Qualifications:

• An ADN is required, and a BSN is preferred.
• Active RN license.
• 1+ years of clinical experience is preferred.
• Prior experience in an ED is preferred, but willing to train!

Additional info:

• Full-time, permanent position
• Hours; 12-hour shifts, 7p-7a
• Pay $32-44/hr., depending on experience + shift differentials.
