JOB ANNOUNCEMENT

Position Title: Registered Nurse, FT

Minimum Entry Salary *: Based Upon Experience

Location: Fort Valley, GA

Services Area/Programs: FVOP

Description of Duties: Under supervision, learns to assess client health problems and needs. Develops and implements nursing care plans and maintains medical records. Administers nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled clients. May advise clients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university OR Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university AND current Georgia license as a Registered Professional Nurse. Valid, unrestricted GA Driver’s License. Must be computer literate.

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in nursing, 2+ years’ experience in behavioral health field

Agency is an eligible work site for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program.
