Relationship Manager - Attorneys
Mountain Land Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Relationship Manager to oversee relationships with Personal Injury attorneys whose clients are seeking treatment at our clinics. Mountain Land is a national leader in physical therapy with over 40 outpatient clinics throughout Utah, Idaho, and Montana. In this role, you will have complete ownership of attorney relations at Mountain Land, but will also have the support of company leadership to ensure that you are successful in the role.

Your day-to-day will be influenced by a marketing campaign that you design and is flexible based on what you feel will have the biggest impact. You could be organizing a presentation for a Mountain Land therapist to discuss the most recent research about concussions in motor vehicle accidents, or you could be participating in a golf outing with leading attorneys in the region. You have the autonomy to decide. Your main goal in this role is to strengthen already established relationships with law firms in the area, while also seeking out new relationships as they arise. Success in this position will show by increasing the number of patients at Mountain Land who have been injured in an accident. You will do this through relationship building activities such as personal lunches, presentations, law firm drop ins, and setting up opportunities for our therapists to meet leading attorneys in the area.

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to prioritize tasks and effectively manage time with minimal supervision
• Responsive to time-sensitive email, text, and phone calls
• Must have reliable transportation
• Face-to-face marketing experience preferred

Location: Hybrid work environment based out of Salt Lake City, Utah

Pay Range: $55,000-$100,000 (Base pay of $55,000/Bonus of $0-$45,000 based on performance). In addition to mileage reimbursement, $900 cell phone reimbursement, and full benefits.
