Remote Sales Contractor

We do this through Photography, Videography, DJ, Photobooth, and event planning services that help create a stress-free wedding or event experience. THE REMOTE SALES CONTRACTOR ROLE AND WHY IT'S IMPORTANT TO RIVET EVENTS

At Rivet Events, client experience is of the utmost importance. The Remote Sales Contractor is a critical link in the client experience as they are the first point of contact and the entry point in working with Rivet Events. They must have a passion for excellent client care, making sales calls, and helping people. They must have demonstrated excellent and gracious communication skills, attention to detail, and an interest in problem-solving.

As a Remote Sales Contractor, you’ll serve couples by helping them find the services they need and help build a team that will create a stress-free wedding experience for them!. You'll continually display enthusiasm and optimism to serve couples by creating a memorable event!

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales and/or call center experience
• College degree preferred but not necessary
• 10+ hours of weekly availability
• Cell Phone, Laptop, and Internet access required

Expectations:

• Responsible for the 2-3 (2- 3 hours each) call sessions a week (5 hr weekly minimum)
• Call sessions are M,T,W,TH - 4-7pm and Sat 1-4pm
• Call sessions should be 45-60 calls with 2-3 proposals sent
• Managing Sales Pipelines
• Building relationships with couples through the sales process to create stress-free wedding experiences

Compensation:

$15/ hour

Commissions: $10,000 - $30,000 annually ($800 - $2500 monthly)

• Example: 6-10 bookings monthly
• 6 - $768 total average commission
• 8 - $1,280 total average commission
• 10 - $1,600 total average commission

Additional $1,152 - $2,800 quarterly based on goals

• ex. 8 bookings/month would be $1,280 in commission and an additional $2,300 quarterly

Pay: $15,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
