TCC is a full-service, residential real estate marketing firm specializing in developing and implementing comprehensive sales and marketing programs for large-scale, vertical urban and suburban development projects throughout Greater Boston. TTC is currently involved in more than $1 billion dollars of projects in the Greater Boston area.
This role predominately focuses on research and data analytics for a variety of projects and market reports for company portfolio. Additional research includes following market trends for new construction residential buildings including target markets, finishes and amenities to assist in recommendations for future project development. Other responsibilities include assisting TCC corporate staff with a variety of tasks including expense reconciliation, support for onsite project pricing and inventory management.


Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Collect and analyze market data for real estate sales and rentals
  • Pull market data using available sources to: Create pivot tables, charts & graphs for presentation purposes
  • Participate in the creation of market reports and recommendations for new projects
  • Craft company annual/mid-year market reports
  • Assist in executive summary writing for reports
  • Research trends including amenities, unit finishes, technology, etc.
  • Expense reconciliation using Concur
  • Visit competitor projects and identify market data not available online
  • Become subject matter expert on TCC projects, assist in pricing and inventory tool management
  • Assist staff in day to day tasks and organizational items

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1+ years working in market research and/or Boston real estate.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to analyze large amounts of data, identify trends, and synthesize into relevant conclusions.
  • Articulate and ability to present to leaders and clients.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and meet expectations.
