Job description

RESERVATIONIST needed for well-established Vacation Rental company on Kiawah/Seabrook Island. This role is primarily responsible for responding to calls or inquiries about vacation rentals and providing information regarding our properties to guests arriving at Kiawah and Seabrook Islands. The Reservations Agent will further facilitate the arrival experience by ensuring clear communication with guests, obtaining all necessary information, and providing the guest a property that meets their expectations. Agents are expected to be well versed in promotions, local events, pricing, and rental properties to meet the guest’s needs. Solid computer, verbal communication, and writing skills are crucial for this role. This position will also be expected to help in other areas of the business at times, to include assisting the operations team during different times of the year. • Experience:
• Reservation Experience 2 years minimum (Preferred)
• Excellent Computer and phone skills
• Excellent listening and comprehension skills
• Kiawah and Seabrook knowledge (a plus)

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
