Job Description:

  • Notify the Property Manager of any emergency situations and completion of Incident Reports.
  • Posting and distribution of flyers and notifications to all residents.
  • Be available at your apartment for residents during commonly accessible afternoons and evenings.
  • Coverage of the front desk during designated hours. This would follow protocol for adherence to rules for residents and any guests for visitors.
  • Making daily rounds of the property/building looking for safety concerns, maintenance items, lighting, cleaning needs, and lease violations. Initiate positive resident contact.
  • Report and document all necessary maintenance requests using appropriate procedures.
  • Adhere to the dress code as established by management
  • Use proper protective equipment when necessary and follow safety procedures
  • Maintain their workspace in an organized setting.
Requirements:

(RM) assists the Management Office Staff with various aspects of Property Management. The Resident Manager is called upon to function in the following areas:

  • Establishing and promoting a community environment;
  • Be available to residents & assist with their needs;
  • Acting as a liaison for the Management Office;
  • Assisting with administrative responsibilities and Interpreting and enforcing the Lease Agreement and policies.

Resident Managers receive experience in a leadership role and receive an excellent chance to develop administrative management skills. The Resident Manager must carry out these responsibilities according to safety standards. This position interacts directly with our residents and must have a customer-centric mindset.
