Resort Maintenance and Grounds
Job description
We are a small resort of 12 cabins on the shore of Lake Superior 5 miles south of Two Harbors. We are looking for a part-time maintenance person, primarily performing lawn and grounds work. We have a zero turn lawn mower. This would also include trimming throughout the resort. Being such a small operation, this position would need to be flexible and may include other job duties such as simple repairs, stocking cabins, etc. Shifts would typically be 9am-3pm a few days a week, but willing to be flexible with the right applicant. We have golf carts available to drive around to perform various jobs and a maintenance office in the pole barn. It's a beautiful environment to work in and could be a year-round position.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
