Assistant Manager

As the supervisor, you'll be the go-to person during the shift - the first in line to resolve issues and quick to lend a helping hand where needed. When the manager is not present, you'll be responsible for overseeing team members and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Provide quality customer service aiming for 100% customer satisfaction
• Strive to build trust with your employees and create an atmosphere of teamwork
• Complete daily tasks such as scheduling, ordering and running a clean fun business while meeting store sales goals

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferable.
• Successful supervisors are service-oriented with not only the guest but also your team members.
• A good team player will communicate consistently, be able to comfortably interact with customers, handle service issues that may arise in a professional manner, and be able to take initiative and problem solve.
• Basic math skills are critical.

• Stand for long periods of time
• Bend and stoop
• Work around heat
• Work in close quarters with others
• Move throughout the restaurant to perform assigned tasks
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Work with various cleaning products.
