Foodland, Hawaii's largest locally owned grocery retailer, is looking for Restaurant Bussers to join ourteam. We are seeking high energy, responsible individuals who are passionate about creating a welcoming place for guests to enjoy high quality food & beverages.

Restaurant Bussers must have excellent customer service, be able to work and communicate well with others, follow directions and standard operating procedures of the kitchen/restaurant.  Restaurant Busser assists Restaurant Management and servers by keeping the restaurant areas neat, clean, stocked, and organized. They interact with guests and must ensure that safety and sanitation guidelines are followed. Restaurant Busser must maintain a neat, well-groomed personal appearance, and observe company dress code. Restaurant staff must also abide by all company policies, house rules and guiding principles; support the company culture, values, goals and mission; and maintain a positive attitude toward the work and company.

This is an hourly position and we offer a comprehensive benefits package (specific benefits vary based on position and classification).

Qualifications:

• High school education or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience as a busser, food runner, or other entry-level role in the restaurant industry is preferred
• Must have TB Clearance
• Must comply with all company policies and requirements including COVID-19 related protocols such as daily wellness checks and wearing a face mask while at work
