Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and versatile Revenue Marketing Manager who is a results and data driven leader who will support sales with ABM (Account Based Marketing) lead generation programs to help drive sales revenue and growth. You will be tasked with planning and executing programs to drive growth for new and existing business across marketing and sales channels that generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL).

This role will be instrumental in helping to build, design and execute lead generation programs for sales, analytics to measure results, and to provide a clear roadmap utilizing marketing automation and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to ensure that the sales team is supported while driving aggressive revenue goals.

The right candidate will be comfortable working directly with our Sales and Sales Enablement Team to create both new and support existing lead generation programs for sales, create and deploy digital content such as whitepapers and content marketing and other triggered emails on behalf of sales. This role is responsible for taking ownership of initiatives and collaborating with other departments to improve efficiencies and to help increase sales revenue targeted growth and KPI’s.

Responsibilities

· Establish and drive the digital content schedule and plan, that is based on ideas generated by customer feedback, campaigns, trends and/or sales team feedback which will generate qualified leads for the Sales Team.

· Deploy digital content and trigger on behalf emails through Positive Marketing Automation platforms for Sales.

· Leverage 3rd party databases to identify new contacts for existing Key Accounts along with Prospects for lead generation programs.

· Identify new lead generation and sales revenue opportunities from Sales and Senior Leadership

· Identify key prospects and customer pain points, buying habits and business opportunities and maintain an awareness of our competitive advantage.

· Manage the day-to-day tasks to ensure seamless execution – from conception to delivery.

· Review and make recommendations for engagement measurement tools with the goal to increase conversion rates and customer acquisition through lead generation.

Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field

· Marketing experience including experience in creating highly impactful content a plus.

· Excellent verbal, written, editing and ability to orchestrate story telling and must have the ability to communicate with team members at varying levels, conceptually and tactically.

· Clear understanding of sales development and process and how to generate qualified leads.

· Ability to work efficiently against tight deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment and a keen eye on details and accuracy.

· Strong project management, multitasking, decision-making skills and collaborating with marketing and other key players.

· Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity

· Must be flexible and able to “turn on a dime” and think through problems to come up with solutions.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

· Required to work on-site

Compensation: Salary and Bonus are commensurate with experience.
