Our team at TriHealth keep growing and we are actively looking for an Assistant Nurse Manager to join our MSICU leadership at Good Samaritan Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio.

The Assistant Nurse Manager works under the direction of and in collaboration with the nurse manager, has 24-hour accountability for their area(s) of responsibility. This accountability encompasses: patient care outcomes, service excellence, human resource issues, fiscal management, quality improvement compliance, and communication. Emphasis should be placed on creating a positive environment that fosters professional growth and retention. This environment is supported by the Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) acting as a role model and as a mentor and coach to the staff.

To be qualified for this position, you must meet these minimum requirements:

• EDUCATION:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Certification in specialty area within two years of assuming position.
• BLS/CPR (Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers)
• Registered Nurse

• EXPERIENCE:

• 2-3 years of ICU experience in Nursing
• 1-2 years as a Charge Nurse, Team Lead, Supervisor, or other nursing progressive leadership experience.
