The ability to pass a background check and have a valid driver's license. Ability to present the value of our products to prospective clients. Ability to perform a roof inspection – we will train you! Follow up with clients and provide an insane level of customer satisfaction and detail.

Leads are provided but as with most sales positions in any industry, Roof Medic Sales Representatives are required to prospect and bring in their own leads and business as well.

What you will be doing:

• Professionally servicing and managing office and self-generated leads
• Educating and assisting homeowners on all things roofing
• Act as the liaison between insurance carriers and homeowners
• Maintain communication with multiple homeowners through all steps of the sales process by utilizing a CRM software
• Performing roof inspections
• Creating proposals that meet the customer's needs
• Establish and maintain best practices with the sales team and leadership
• Prospecting/Canvassing (involves door 2 door sales, along with other prospecting strategies)
• Provide an unmatched customer experience

Qualifications:

• Sales experience: 1 year
• Roofing sales experience preferred but not necessary
• Ability to lift 45 lbs
• Highly efficient in multitasking, organizational, and prioritization
• Physically able to climb a ladder and inspect roofs
• Smartphone and basic computer skills
• BS/BA (Preferred)
• High School Degree (Required)
• Valid Driver’s License

• Annual Income Range: 65k – 150k

Pay: $65,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
