Jennie Edmunson Hospital in Council Bluffs, Iowa is hiring a Room Service Coordinator! As a Room Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating meal requests by answering inbound calls. You will enter order information accurately into the room service database, ensuring all patient & visitor meals are correct and delivered in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have great customer service skills and can communicate with staff to fulfill the dietary needs of the patients.

Education:

• High School diploma or General Educational Development (G.E.D.) preferred.

Experience:

• 6 months customer service experience preferred, preferably in hospitality industry.
• 6 months telemarketing experience preferred.

License/Certifications

• Food Handler's Certificate preferred.
