The RV Roof Man is Hiring Motivated Individuals

Are you looking for a career in a growing and dynamic industry? The RV Roof Man is seeking motivated individuals to join our team. No prior experience is necessary, and we offer on-the-job training to help you get started.

Pay rates vary based on experience, but we offer a flat rate pay system. This means that if you are given a job that is estimated to take 30 hours to complete, but you finish it in 20, you will still be paid for the full 30 hours. After 3 months of training, pay increases between four to five dollars per hour plus bonus, depending on how quickly you learn and complete the necessary training.
