Our fast paced, growing insurance office is looking to fill an entry level sales position. This position is part time, scheduling appointments or calling our contacts for new clients needing new insurance quotes or coverage reviews. Full time employment opportunities are also available for sales representatives looking to improve their selling techniques and increase commissions. Salary Range: $40000.00 - $65000.00 per month

Responsibilities

  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
  • Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
  • Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
  • Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.

Requirements
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • Create relationships from a cold start.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
  • Must have ability to multi-task.
  • A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual.
  • Prior Sales Experience.
  • Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start.
  • Must be highly self-motivated.
  • Career minded vision.
  • Problem-Solving Capabilities.
  • Minimum 3-5 years prior sales experience is preferred.
  • Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish
  • Assessment must be completed to be considered
