We are hiring an outgoing, customer-facing Sales Associate, who is interested in the opportunity to impact consumers and the local community - Based out of our Baltimore location!

Sales associates are the public face of our brand and an important part of our customer experience. They should be dedicated to providing a high-quality experience for customers.

A sales associate works closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our programs and recommend the right solutions. This role demands an articulate and outgoing personality who’s comfortable engaging with the general public. Prior sales experience is a plus, but is not necessary; we’ll provide all necessary training online, at our office and through mentorship.

Responsibilities:

• Engage customers and achieve individual standards and quotas
• Effectively utilize applications provided
• Learn our systems and scripts for community solar
• Handle customer questions and objections
• Be a positive part of a great team environment!

• Weekly base pay & commissions (uncapped, can earn $2000+ weekly with experience!)

Experience and Education required:

• At least 1-2 years of continued customer sales or service experience in retail or outbound preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and preferably, reliable vehicle
