- The Sales Lead Generator’s must have a vast knowledge of the system in order to pull reports as needed by management for telemarketing.
- Maintaining the integrity of the customer database is required.

- Effectively utilize provided technology to manage accounts (CRM tool)
- Identify customer pain points using effective questioning technique leading to a valued solution.
- Prepare and deliver effective presentations to customers as needed.
- Maintain Compass as needed to document cold calls. As new account information is entered, it is the Sales Lead Generator’s responsibility to verify accuracy.
- Provide lead generation via outbound calling to potential customers for hardware and software solutions.
- Provide customer survey calling as directed by sales management.
- Work with IT to understand fully the reporting abilities of Compass. Understand the needs of sales and respond accordingly where Compass is concerned.
- New Customer Lead Generator’s will be required to continually cold call and will need to stay focused at the task at hand. Call leads will be monitored and managed by Sales Management.
- The Sales Lead Generator’s will be responsible for outbound calls and emails to customers and potential customers in regards to telemarketing and or survey calls.
- For this position to be successful, the Sales Lead Generator’s must play an active role in creating and perfecting the call routine and all other aspects required of the position.
