Job Description
Trimble is seeking an incredible Sales Manager for a leadership and customer-facing role focusing on positioning services for Geospatial in the Americas region out of Westminster, Colorado.
What You Will Do
As a Sales Manager, you inspire leading Geospatial-businesses, channel partners, and government agencies to work smarter with Trimble RTX-based technology, Real-Time Network (RTN), and VRS Now correction services. Using your enthusiasm and focus, you will drive new business directly and through your team and acquire new logos. Your leadership, sales, and account management skills and your collaborative approach to people will advocate our innovative technology and digital services business to help make our Geospatial customer’s work life safer, more efficient, environmentally sustainable, and prosperous.
What Skills & Experience Should You Bring
Leadership experience with existing people development skills, ensuring continuous development in helping your sales team to reach their full potential
Experienced in forecasting, pipeline management, and enjoying exceeding sales targets
Identification and closing of new sales opportunities for continued business growth
Guiding and working with significant clients through the buying journey
Able to apply several upselling and cross-selling tactics and approaches
Motivation to nurture, cultivate, and grow our distribution channel and customer base
The habit of acting dynamically in presence within communities and through social media
Building solid relationships and presenting winning solutions for clients' customers
About Your Location
Based out of Trimble’s headquarter in Westminster, CO, this role is available under a flexible work arrangement (hybrid). You will primarily support the Autonomy Sector and work collaboratively across the TAP and franchise teams.
In a hybrid role, you will work with your manager to set up a schedule that works well for your time working in the office based on the position and the business need. Typically hybrid positions are 1-3 days per week on average or 20%-60% of the month in the office. This role also requires regular travel across the region approximately 35% of the time.
