OUR LONG RUNNING AUTOMOTIVE GROUP is seeking an experienced General Sales Manager and F & I Manager. This is a great opportunity to join an established company who has been in business for over 30 years! Great candidates will have a track record of running a Pre-Owned Car Departments.
We are looking for someone who has at least 5 years of experience and is a energetic, knowledge, friendly and motivated professional!!!

Responsibilities
- Keep accurate records of inventory
- responsible for appraising, purchasing, reconditioning, displaying, and merchandising the new and used vehicle inventory
- Marketing the dealership all over the city
- Keeping a high customer satisfaction store
- Handling all personal requests
- Oversee the dealerships appearance making sure it is to corporate satisfaction
- Stays informed of current trends at the auto auction
- Communicates to the sales staff daily changes to the inventory
- Update the inventory in different programs
- Selling a rolling inventory of automobiles
Requirements
- Leadership that can motivate with high energy
- Professional appearance and attitude
- 5+ Years in similar position
- College Degree Preferred
- Track Record of High Customer Service Scores
- Great Phone Skills
- Great Time Management Skills
- Experience with Dealer.com, Automate, Sincro, Dealertrack, Homenet
- Dress Sharp
