Job description
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the owner.
MUST HAVE NEW AND/OR USED DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE FOR CONSIDERATION!
Responsibilities
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing sales location
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the owner
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Handle multiple technicians and lot personal for both reconditioning and servicing of customer vehicles.
Skills
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Retail automotive experience REQUIRED!
- BHPH/LHPH Experience a HUGE PLUS!
Work Hours M-F 8:30 am - 6:00 pm Saturdays 8:30 am - 5 pm! Rotating Days Off with Sales Management Team!
Health Care Assistance with Blue Cross of MS! Up to $500 per month for individual employee!
Vacation Accrual on a monthly basis!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $57,200.00 - $71,500.00 per year
