Toms Price Home is a custom home furnishings retailer with a history of over 100 years in the Chicagoland area. We are in search of a passionate and motivated sales manager for our Lincoln Park store. This position requires a leader who is connected to the pulse of the business and sees the big picture. The sales manager must be a mentor, educator, and coach to store employees.
Leadership:
- Manage all store employees.
- Coach, teach, train, and recognize all aspects of performance and development for all store employees to encourage professional growth.
- Ensure that the customer experience is met in all aspects of store interactions.
- Focus on promoting sales in relation to individual designer goals and overall store goals.
- Develop a best-in-class retail team.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of retail leadership/management experience.
- Ability to work 2 evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Strong leadership experience with a proven track record of delivering sales and meeting goals.
- Have coached and developed a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
