Two Ducks Concrete, a Kent Home Services company, is a family-owned business doing concrete flatwork and raising for families. We are growing rapidly and looking for a General Manager who is responsible for overseeing all daily business operations of the Kent Home Services, Two Ducks Battle Creek division. In this position the General Manager will lead a team to achieve revenue goals and operational plans. The General Manager is also the primary sales lead for Two Ducks Battle Creek. www.twoducksconcrete.com.

Responsibilities:

· Provides direction and development to team including sales, customer experience, and operations

· Oversees day-to-day operations

· Recruits and engages top quality team members

· Champions customer quality

· Ensures compliance with policies to create a safe and productive work environment

· Manages P&L to meet labor and materials budget goals

· Meets with customers to complete site inspections and present estimates

· Develops business through direct selling to companies in our target market

· Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Educational Requirements:

· Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required

· 2-5 years of general management experience

· 5-10 years of concrete or other relevant construction experience

· Demonstrated experience leading sales, customer experience, and operations teams

· Problem solving skills

· Positive attitude

· Self-motivated

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
