Sales Rep/Business Development- Healthcare Staffing - Base + Commission
Job description
ASR is hiring for a seasoned Sales Representative.
The Sales Representative will increase the growth of the agency through identification and engagement of current and prospective clients, with the goal of having ASR as their preferred staffing vendor. This position demands an exceptional balance of drive and commitment, coupled with exemplary interpersonal skills, topped off with a win-win mindset.
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A BASE + COMMISSION ROLE!
Responsibilities:
- Source prospective clients through referrals, networking, social media, internet research, sales leads and direct contact.
- Schedule and conduct clients’ meetings to introduce new clients to the value of the company, with an end goal of engaging them to utilize our professional staffing services.
- Prepare and present professional services proposals.
- Collaborate with company colleagues to facilitate the placement process, which may include presentation of candidates, interview scheduling, client preparation and debrief and salary negotiation.
- As the client advocate, guide clients thorough the staffing process, ensuring they have full clarity of expectations.
- Manage relationships throughout the assignment; expand ASR’s presence within existing client accounts.
- Continuously expand client base through ongoing new business development.
- Connect with candidates, colleagues and clients on a regular basis to develop and maintain relationships, expand industry knowledge, and generate referrals and leads.
- Maintain a working knowledge of competitors pricing and sales strategies.
- Skilled in building and maintaining professional relationships.
- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively.
Requirements:
- Must have 2+ years sales, recruitment, or staffing sales.
- Lead generation experience.
- Experience negotiating and closing deals.
- Knowledge of the employer marketplace.
- Maintain a positive attitude and focus on client satisfaction.
- Skilled in building and maintaining professional relationships.
- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively.
Notes:
- Base pay of $12 /hour PLUS $100 per signed contract
- This is a part-time position: 4-5 hours a day, 5 days (20-25 hours a week)
- Flexible, asynchronous work (You make your own schedule)
- 100% Remote
