The Day-to-Day:

• Understand customer's needs and provide customized solutions.
• Communicate with our Operations team to ensure your customers freight delivers on time.
• Build a book of business through prospecting, cold calling, and relationship-building.
• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly load/margin goals.
• Utilize prospecting tools to generate your own leads.
• Keep yourself current on market trends to best provide rates to customers.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience welcome but not required- we'll teach you what you need to know!
• GED preferred but not required
• Microsoft Office Suite experience preferred
• Build and maintain relationships with people over the phone.
• Self motivated and dedicated
• Team player and strong communicator

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.19 - $26.44 per hour equivalent
