Salesforce Developer

Columbus, OH (Hybrid)

  • 4-6 years of comprehensive Salesforce solution design/development/support experience, along with integrated application implementation and support exposure, encompassing:
  • Jira-based intake support, including sizing/scoping for requested initiatives
  • broad experience with Salesforce Classic and some experience with Salesforce Lightning components
  • development experience utilizing Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, Flows, Process Builder, Lightning App Builder, Web Services, REST, SOAP, Migration Tools, and Data Integration Tools (e.g., Dell Boomi)
  • contributions to and consistent use of best practices for development and deployment efforts
  • experience with supporting integrated applications and associated data architecture
  • contributions to comprehensive Salesforce ecosystem documentation
  • incident investigation/resolution across the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Demonstrated ability to work with business analysts and software developers to analyze, automate, and support complex end-to-end business practices that span integrated business applications and data domains
  • Experience with translating future-state business requirements and use case scenarios into technical solution design options with coordinated data integrations, then facilitating solution/integration design decisions with key stakeholders
  • Prior responsibility for maintaining and enforcing best practices throughout design, development, testing, code review, production deployment, and incident investigation/resolution phases
  • Practical experience with Agility practices, with knowledge to drive improvements to Jira Kanban-based delivery practices
  • Strong conceptual/analytical capabilities and communication/facilitation skills, enhanced by strategic thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, and applicable Salesforce coursework/certifications

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $75.00 - $85.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
