Shift Leaders/Sandwich Artists/Grill Persons have to prepare food products for customers maintaining the highest level of product quality and cleanliness.
His/her job is to provide prompt and efficient service to customers in a courteous and friendly manner while striving to exceed customer expectations. Wage rates vary depending on experience and availability.

The right person must have effective communication skills, demonstrate a willingness to learn, be customer service oriented, remains calm under pressure and be reliable and dependable. ServSafe certification a plus but not a requirement.
