WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As an Operations Executive within our Santander Navigator team, you will be providing operational support for the commercial and corporate banks new digital platform. Santander Navigator collates our years of experience and knowledge in International & Transactional Banking into one online portal to help our clients find their way.
This role will involve you supporting the ‘human and digital’ operational aspects of the platform, ensuring outstanding customer service and technical support is delivered via our live chat function and telephone support lines.
You will also be collaborating with teams and partners to find solutions to client requests both internal and external.

Preparing data, filtering and curation using our digital tools.
Supporting with subscribers’ queries and payment issues.
Shaping Data and learning new digital techniques, testing new builds.
Supporting the origination of SME International client relationships through our events.
Identifying new business opportunities for our origination teams by analysing relevant data Santander Navigator.
Supporting the building and monitoring of the analytics on Salesforce required to monitor usage, behavioural data & operations management of user support required.
What you’ll bring.
Experience in customer facing roles and understanding the importance of high-quality customer service
Experience in preparing and analysing data
It would also be nice for you to have.
Initiative-taking, take ownership of problems and sees them through to solutions.
Previous demonstrable experience of successfully creating and developing relationships with tangible results.
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and critical thinking skills
Understanding of International Business
What else you need to know.
This is a permanent opportunity which can be based anywhere across the UK. Predominantly this role will be based remotely, however there will be the requirement to attend team meetings approx. once per month.
