With our seven fully staffed locations combined with the use of the latest recovery technology, we have been able to increase our repossession rates and reduce our recovery times. And, no other repossession company can match our comprehensive list of repossession services. We also operate the Skipco Auto Auction, Ohio’s premier public and dealer auction.
The Office Manager will be the liaison between their office and the Canal Fulton Corporate office and the Repossession Agents operating from that office. Providing quality customer service is of the utmost importance.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Answer the telephone and respond to customer and banks requests
- Audit daily repossession log for Inventory Control and reporting accuracy
- Process all redemption and releases of personal property paperwork
- Remove personal property from Repossessed vehicles, bag and tag
- Prepare transport paper work with Canal Fulton office and outside agencies
- Log inventory departures
- Support agents as needed/requested
- Maintain the office building and grounds; clean and make sure the office has the supplies it needs to run efficiently.
- Take digital pictures of each vehicle and download.
- Intake of auction drops for Skipco Auto Auction including pictures & drop notice
- Other duties as needed and/or requested
EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
- Must have good communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to perform physical tasks as directed / needed
- Accuracy, organization and follow through skills are a must
- Technical proficiency and ability to learn multiple platforms
- Effective problem-solving skills
SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE:
- Basic Timekeeping (ie: timecard corrections, approvals, etc)
