Scaffolders erect and dismantle scaffolding structures that allow other workers to reach the higher elevations of buildings during construction, cleaning, renovation, and maintenance projects. Scaffolders work on a wide range of jobs, ranging from residential housing to large-scale commercial developments. As a scaffolder, you would work in a small team dedicated to following safety standards. You will use a variety of hand tools and a safety harness to erect scaffolding.

Duties may include:
Unloading scaffolding equipment at the site.
Setting screwjacks on the ground at regular intervals.
Placing vertical legs on jacks and installing the horizontal bars.
Bracing of the scaffold to the building or structure to make it more stable.

*Personal Profiles:

• You need to be reliable, agile and be safety conscious. It will help to have plenty of stamina. Must be a team player, working well with other people. Most jobs are outdoors. Please be willing to undertake any necessary further training for opportunities for pay raises and widened skill base.

Key Skills:

Practical, accurate, flexible, and reliable.
Self-motivated with good organizational and communication skills.

**Must have dependable transportation for the Omaha area. If required, travel expenses and per diem will apply to any work outside 60 miles from office.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $17.85 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime

• Construction: 1 year (Preferred)
