SCREW MACHINE OPERATOR
Coilhose Pneumatics, an East Brunswick, NJ manufacturer, is searching for an experienced Screw Machine Operator for Davenport and Acme Gridley. Prior experience and knowledge of lathe operation and milling machines beneficial.
Looking for hard worker and self-motivated individual. Good opportunity for a machining career.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Produces machined parts by setting up and operating
- Plans machining by studying work orders, blueprints, materials, and machining parameters
- Maintains specifications, time and production records, quality and safety standards, equipment and supplies.
OTHER SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must maintain good safety practices
- Able to interpret production drawings, procedures, and work instructions
- Assume responsibility for producing quality parts
- Submit first piece samples and documentation to Quality Control
- Work with Plant Manager and Leads to resolve any tooling or setup problems that may occur
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Must speak and understand English
