Seasonal Lawn & Landscape
Objective: A Seasonal Lawn & Landscape employee is responsible to efficiently perform duties as assigned by the
Maintenance Supervisor.
Reports to: The position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor at Sheridan Park & Holiday Manor Apartments.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Ø Maintain the property appearance. Pick up any and all trash and debris with provided tools andsweep around
dumpsters once trash has been removed.
Ø Mowing, weeding, tree trimming, mulching and other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.
Ø Show the initiative to take appropriate action without being asked, proceeding in routine matters without instruction.
Ø Demonstrate interpersonal skills and teamwork.
Ø Carry out policies and procedures of Sermar Management as provided in the Sermar Management Employee Handbook.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Landscape maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
