Job description

We are looking for a professional personnel to protect our premises, assets and patrons. You will maintain a high visibility presence and prevent all illegal or inappropriate actions. The goal is to detect, deter, observe and report. Patrols facilities and property making observations to detect unauthorized persons or activities and unsafe conditions. Maintains visibility to deter criminal activity. Reports minor violations to police or other law enforcement personnel. Follows organizational guidelines in reporting security-related information. Performs regular, foot patrols of building(s) and exterior to observe any unusual signs of disturbance or activity. Controls access to restricted organizational properties and verifies the admittance of authorized individuals. Responds to fire and safety alarms, hazards, or violations while on patrol. Observes the necessary safety precautions and established protocols for observations, holds, and patient restraints in accordance with federal, state, and organizational mandates to ensure a safe work environment.

This is a position that requires Nighttime and weekend availability.This position is for immediate hire, and for additional work in the near future.

We are looking for individuals to conduct Security for luxury Apartment Parking lots, Lounges, Bars and potential Bodyguard work. Reliable transportation is necessary. We are looking for individuals who can be on time, ready to work. Must adhere to appropriate appearance and dress code needs.

Responsibilities

• Protect company’s property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment
• Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances
• Act lawfully in direct defense of life or property
• Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences
• Report in detail any suspicious incidents
• Patrol randomly or regularly building and perimeter
• Monitor and control access at building entry
• Must have reliable transportation

Skills

• Proven work experience as a security guard or relevant position
• Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols
• Surveillance skills and detail orientation
• Integrity and professionalism
• High school degree
• Customer Service

• Pay is $16.00
