Senior Accountant

Fitchburg, MA

6-month Contract

On Site

$35-$45

Primary Responsibilities:

• Interprets and calculates cash position basis.
• Prepares account reconciliations, and general ledger reconciliations on a monthly basis, resolves any inaccuracies or imbalances.
• Provides support and assistance to Accounting and Treasury departments with audit and regulatory examinations, as needed.
• Performs other accounting related, clerical, or administrative duties and functions as needed.
• Adheres to all policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent in specialized coursework and training.
• At least three years accounting experience
• Experience calculating cash position and account reconciliations.
• Must have experience working with fixed assets and general ledgers.
• Advanced Excel
• Must be detail oriented, have good organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
