We are seeking a dynamic and versatile executive to own and drive the implementation of our Global Operations Strategic Initiatives. In this role you will reshape our global manufacturing and supply chain footprint in response to growing geo-political risks. As a member of the senior operations leadership team, you will help support the ongoing implementation and development of our operation strategy globally!

Responsibilities:
Leading a large globally distributed cross-functional team to drive the new Global Operations Strategy, implementing and maintaining vital Daily Management, Visual Management, and Reporting; real time problem solving to overcome hurdles; delivering the project on time and on budget; proactively anticipating and problem-solving issues that could cause negative customer and business impacts; performance manage resources when necessary.

Setting and managing capital and expense budgets for Global Initiatives, providing end-of-month variance reporting and analysis, forecasting, and corrective actions as required.

Communicating and advocating our vision and strategy to clearly highlight linkage and contribution to the larger organization, Tektronix, and Fortive strategies.

Modeling and driving a one-team culture that demonstrates grit and resilience in meeting commitments despite roadblocks, holds each other accountable for meeting our commitments, values inclusion and diversity in all forms, and demonstrates transparency and candor.

Qualifications:
A knowledgeable cross-functional director with a validated ability to lead and deliver results across multiple locations and within a matrixed organization.

Track record of success leading large global projects

A successful history in application of data and fact-based structured problem solving.

Deeply knowledgeable and practiced in Lean Manufacturing and FBS (or similar).

An excellent communicator with shown success in change management and crisis resolution.

12+ years of dynamic operations management experience across manufacturing engineering, R&D (or similar), production operations, and/or various materials management
