Due to continued success and growth, we are looking for a Senior Enterprise Solutions Lead to join our exciting high growth company. We want someone that is hardworking, self-motivated and reliable to join us as we continue to drive our business forward.
The Enterprise Solutions role is dedicated to the Enterprise side of our business. Your core job will be to build up a knowledge base on all key areas of the Enterprise platform and carry out 2 key responsibilities:
- Be the point of contact for the product team for any sales calls with clients, understand what their key needs are and help to outline solutions for them.
- Own certain P1 Deals from a Product delivery point of view - end to end. Engage with the client and our commercial teams from the initiation of the project, right through the delivery of the project across our Product and technical teams.
We are looking for someone with Industry experience, who has worked with clients, product and tech functions in the past. The person will need the ability to manage relationships, manage multiple things at once, and be well equipped to work in a fast paced environment, with the ability to prioritize their workload.
Other Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Understand the full product offering for Enterprise clients
- Work with Product teams to understand the Product Roadmap
- Work with Leaders in Product and tech on future strategy items
- Provide feedback from clients to the Product and tech group
- Educate key stakeholders on what we have to offer
- Work closely with Sales on the Sales pipeline
- Relationship management with internal and external stakeholders
- Work across Product, Design and Engineering functions during the implementation of deal launches
What are we looking for?
- Knowledge of product development processes and methodologies
- Great communication skills
- Proven ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced organization
- 8-10 years hands-on experience in a tech environment
- Ability to operate with autonomy, initiative, and ownership
- Healthcare and/or client facing experience is desirable
