We are seeking a qualified Senior Financial Analyst to support the Defense Health Agency (DHA), Deputy Assistant Director for Information Operations (DAD IO/J-6), Portfolio and Resource Management Division (PRMD) in San Antonio, Texas.

The duties and skills of the Senior Financial Analyst position include but not limited to:
  • The Senior Financial Analyst shall have in-depth expertise using advanced financial analytic tools such as building and/or modifying MS Access queries and/or databases and data mining using advanced MS Excel tools as provided with Visual Basic based functions (i.e. macros). In addition, the Senior Financial Analyst should have a working knowledge and experience with the OMB, DoD, DoD CIO, DHA, and IM/IT capital planning, programming and budget formulation processes. The Contractor shall provide support to a cross-functional team within Financial Planning & Analysis responsible for deliverables across the MHS.
Qualifications:
  • The Senior Financial Analyst should possess five (5) or more years of DoD Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution (PPBE).
  • Must have process experience and working knowledge with the Government investment management systems, such as Select & Native Programming Data Input System (SNaP-IT), DoD IT Investment Portal (DITIP), and DoD Information Technology Portfolio Repository (DITPR).
  • Must have a minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience in the DoD,
  • Must have a bachelor’s degree.
