Maintenance Technician - $28-32 p/h

A growing manufacturing firm in the Norristown area is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician. The ideal candidate will have experience in extrusion.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot equipment problems with extruders and mixing equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and maintain maintenance records
• Repairs equipment on a mechanical and minor electrical level, PLCs
• Performs diagnoses and troubleshooting of machinery and equipment
• Reports and logs issues and repairs
• Works with production team to monitor machines and stay ahead of issues

Experience

• Minimum of 4 years in a maintenance role, within a manufacturing environment
• Experience working with PLCs, hydraulics, minor electrical
• Familiarity or working knowledge of extruders
• Positive attitude and ability to communicate with multiple personalities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
