About the Role
Lead the team in offering various innovative Drug solutions to Government client
Responsibilities
- Formulating and administering company policies for compliance with contractual standards, state and federal laws and regulations
- Meeting Profit and Loss targets, monthly, quarterly and annually to deliver on our revenue target
- Acting as a liaison between client and cross-functional internal teams to share updates and communications
- Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities by organically growing current business and identifying potential new sales and partnerships
- Working on-site for client engagements to build trusted, collaborative relationships and identify improvements
Requirements
- Manage an organizational unit within a Medicaid Agency in a State or other U.S. territory and/or
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (acquired within 6 months hire)
- Have client-facing management experience providing services to large health care claims processing organizations
- Demonstrate great problem-solving skills and the ability to create and implement solutions in a fast-moving environment
- Show knowledge of the principles of cost/benefit analysis and have experience of profit and loss management
- Have proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Be available from 8:00am – 5:00pm Central Standard Time. The Account Manager shall be available 24/7 to assist the client as needed.
